We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dislike, change of mind, order of incorrect product, the product not suiting your needs, the product being no longer required, or if you over-order. Despite the above, nothing in these Terms and Conditions alter any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you do over-order, order the incorrect item, no longer need the item or require a refund, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure work on your order has not commenced. We will endeavour to do our best to help you in this situation, but this does not guarantee a refund.
As all compounded medicines are made to order, if work has commenced on making of your ordered compound, we can not issue a refund. You may elect for us not to send it to you; however, this will not guarantee you to a partial refund either.
Contact us if you have any issues or problems with your order (such as damage during shipment or receiving the wrong product) within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Ensure you retain proof of purchase from our Site, and the goods in question. To request a return or a refund, please email info@eastcoastcompounding.com.au with your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the problem, with photographs attached if possible. We will evaluate your request as soon as practicable, and respond with instructions for return if applicable, and organise replacement if required.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Your Obligations
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
When you create an account you are required to provide your name, email address, and a password. These are your credentials for accessing your account on the Site ("Credentials")
Account creation is not necessary to use the Site and is optional. You may still check out without creating an account or setting a password.
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your order and refuse all current and future use of the Site or Services. Depending on the status of your order, you may not be entitled to a refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and registration and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and registration. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You are responsible for all use of the Site and Services using your Credentials, including use by others to whom you have given your Credentials.
You may use the Site and Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site and Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, user accounts, or computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. We may take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

Your Obligations for Incorrect Supply of Details
We will endeavour to fulfil your order within the time specified in these terms, except: (a) where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided; (b) when incorrect payment details, including credit card details, are supplied; (c) where correct credit card details are supplied but funds are not approved; (d) where we believe the order to be fraudulent; or (e) where cleared funds through your nominated payment method have not been received.
In the event that you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, We will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided. We accept no responsibility for address details entered incorrectly by the customer. We will attempt to deliver the product but we cannot guarantee delivery if you have entered address details incorrectly. If you supply incorrect delivery details, we will not provide a refund.
If an order is returned to us by our delivery services due to reasons of error in entering address details, or your failure to accept the delivery, we will not be responsible for additional delivery charges to re-ship to the correct address. If your supplied contact details are incorrect, we will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case. If you supply incorrect delivery details, we will not provide a refund.

Out of Stock Refund
If you place an order that we are unable to fulfil for but not limited to: Out of stock of ingredients; discontinuation of the product by our wholesalers; Discontinuation of the ingredients by our wholesalers for your compound; Discontinuation of the product or compound from ourselves; We will notify you of this and provide you with a full refund for that particular part of or the whole order depending on circumstances we judge on a case by case basis.

International Use & Liability
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products, Compounds or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of Products or Compounds and their pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product or Compound at any time. Any offer for any Product, Compound or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
The Site, including the information, tools or services provided on the Site, are designed for and intended for users in Australia only. We make no representation that the Site or ANY of its information, tools and services are applicable to, appropriate for, or available to users in locations outside Australia. Accessing the Site and Services from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site and Services from a location outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and only you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
By using our services, you acknowledge that: For all international orders, We use Australia Post as our courier of choice but may also use other, equally reputable international couriers;
Have no control over International Customs or International Postal Operations and as such, take no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing. We will not refund any International orders where such claims are made. We recommend such claims are placed with your local customs and or postal service;
We reserve to right to restrict parcels for certain destination countries.
We hold no liability to any orders that are detained by any countries customs. Note that this may affect delivery time or your parcel. This also means we hold no responsibility on the order being delivered within a certain timeframe or cost;
We cannot guarantee the quality of any products and Compounds delivered due to extended shipping times and weather and hold no liability on replacing/refunding them.
We will refund the exact amount of a cancelled order in Australian Dollars, however for international orders the currency at the time will dictate how much will be deposited back into your account. This does NOT apply to orders that have already been shipped or for Compounded medicines that We have already started making.
If for any reason whatsoever, be it taxes, customs law, duties or any other reasons whatsoever your parcel from Us does not make it to you, We are unable to refund your payment.
We do not understand the customs, taxation and importation laws of all the countries in which our customers live. This is your responsibility.
