Shipping Policy

Delivery Time Frames & Charges
All of our compounds are custom-made to order and are processed only once you confirm and pay for your order. Please note that some products may take between 2-4 business days to be prepared for shipment, depending on the product.
Each purchase will be shipped as a separate order and cannot be combined. You may select either standard or express delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to a page where you can track the status of your shipment.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, including due to reasons beyond our control. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday via Australia Post or an appropriate courier of our choice. We do not offer weekend or public holiday deliveries. To ensure your order arrives as expected, we encourage you to check our Christmas and Easter Shipping cut offs which we post on our social media accounts.
We reserve the right to delay shipping for products that require to be kept cold until the following week. This is more likely in warmer months to mitigate the risk of degradation. All orders that require to be kept cold will be shipped through express delivery services. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

Your Responsibilities
For any delivery-related issues, please get in contact with the delivery service using the contact information below. As these services are out of our control, we are not responsible for getting in contact with delivery service providers but may be able to give you basic information including tracking numbers. This may be for reasons including but not limited to: Delays in shipping; incorrect order details being provided to us; lost parcels; parcels being left in a safe place but cannot be found.

Incorrect Shipping Details

We will endeavour to fulfil your order within the time specified in these terms, except: (a) where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided; (b) when incorrect payment details, including credit card details, are supplied; (c) where correct credit card details are supplied but funds are not approved; (d) where we believe the order to be fraudulent; or (e) where cleared funds through your nominated payment method have not been received.
In the event that you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, We will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided. We accept no responsibility for address details entered incorrectly by the customer. We will attempt to deliver the product but we cannot guarantee delivery if you have entered address details incorrectly. If you supply incorrect delivery details, we will not provide a refund.
If an order is returned to us by our delivery services due to reasons of error in entering address details, or your failure to accept the delivery, we will not be responsible for additional delivery charges to re-ship to the correct address. If your supplied contact details are incorrect, we will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case. If you supply incorrect delivery details, we will not provide a refund.
