Payments
We accept major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or Mastercard transactions.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing your order.
Your credit card will be billed as soon as (i) your order is placed in the case of products ordered directly from our website, (ii) upon completing online checkout in the case of products where you have received a quote from us, or (iii) upon your telephone or in-person payment of a quote or order via our physical store. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as we do not store your card details at any point.
In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Your Obligations
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Your Obligations for Incorrect Supply of Details
We will endeavour to fulfil your order within the time specified in these terms, except: (a) where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided; (b) when incorrect payment details, including credit card details, are supplied; (c) where correct credit card details are supplied but funds are not approved; (d) where we believe the order to be fraudulent; or (e) where cleared funds through your nominated payment method have not been received.
In the event that you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, We will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided. We accept no responsibility for address details entered incorrectly by the customer. We will attempt to deliver the product but we cannot guarantee delivery if you have entered address details incorrectly. If you supply incorrect delivery details, we will not provide a refund.
If an order is returned to us by our delivery services due to reasons of error in entering address details, or your failure to accept the delivery, we will not be responsible for additional delivery charges to re-ship to the correct address. If your supplied contact details are incorrect, we will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case. If you supply incorrect delivery details, we will not provide a refund.

Delivery Time Frames & Charges
Each purchase will be shipped as a separate order and cannot be combined. You may select either standard or express delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to a page where you can track the status of your shipment.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, including due to reasons beyond our control. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday via Australia Post or an appropriate courier of our choice. We do not offer weekend deliveries.
We reserve the right to delay shipping for products that require to be kept cold until the following week. This is more likely in warmer months to mitigate the risk of degradation. All orders that require to be kept cold will be shipped through express delivery services. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

Pick Up & In-Store Collection Terms
You may choose to pick up your order directly from our pharmacy. This must be done during our opening hours, which are listed both on The Site and our Google Listing.
We do not offer order collection or leaving your order at any site, premises or area outside of our pharmacy.
We are not responsible if you have selected a specific pickup date and fail to collect within the set use by date of the product or compound ordered. In this instance, you are not entitled to a refund of your payment.
If you do select to pick up from our pharmacy but cannot, please contact us at info@eastcoastcompounding.com.au with your order number, name and address. You may choose to have this shipped to an address of your choosing however you are required to pay for any shipping fees associated with this. These details must be provided by you in writing by email. If you provide incorrect information, we are not liable for you not receiving your order.

International Use & Liability
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products, Compounds or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of Products or Compounds and their pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product or Compound at any time. Any offer for any Product, Compound or Service made on this Site is void where prohibited.
The Site, including the information, tools or services provided on the Site, are designed for and intended for users in Australia only. Have no control over International Customs or International Postal Operations and as such, take no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing. We will not refund any International orders where such claims are made. We recommend such claims are placed with your local customs and or postal service;
We reserve the right to restrict parcels for certain destination countries.
We hold no liability to any orders that are detained by any countries customs. Note that this may affect delivery time or your parcel. This also means we hold no responsibility on the order being delivered within a certain timeframe or cost;
We cannot guarantee the quality of any consumable products or Compounds delivered due to extended shipping times and weather and hold no liability on replacing/refunding them;

We will refund the exact amount of a cancelled order in Australian Dollars, however for international orders the currency at the time will dictate how much will be deposited back into your account. This does NOT apply to orders that have already been shipped or for Compounded medicines that We have already started making.
If for any reason whatsoever, be it taxes, customs law, duties or any other reasons whatsoever your parcel from Us does not make it to you, We are unable to refund your payment.
We do not understand the customs, taxation and importation laws of all the countries in which our customers live. This is your responsibility.

Products and services Taxes
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
All of our compounds are custom-made to order and are processed only once you confirm and pay for your order. Please note that some products may take between 2-4 business days to be prepared for shipment, depending on the product.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, compound, or service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any product, compound, or service.
For deliveries within Australia, all prices include the Australian Government's Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently set at 10% of the price of all products, but subject to change. Prices displayed on this website are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
Prices of products placed in the 'cart' but not paid for are also subject to change, and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment. Prices listed on a quote we have provided to you remain current for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, the quote will expire, and you will need to request a new quote, with prices and availability subject to change.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dislike, change of mind, order of incorrect product, the product not suiting your needs, the product being no longer required, or if you over-order. Despite the above, nothing in these Terms and Conditions alter any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you do over-order, order the incorrect item, no longer need the item or require a refund, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure work on your order has not commenced. We will endeavour to do our best to help you in this situation but this does not guarantee a refund.
Contact us if you have any issues or problems with your order (such as damage during shipment or receiving the wrong product) within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Ensure you retain proof of purchase from our Site, and the goods in question. To request a return or a refund, please email info@eastcoastcompounding.com.au with your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the problem, with photographs attached if possible. We will evaluate your request as soon as practicable, and respond with instructions for return if applicable, and organise replacement if required.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
